Ridan Industries, LLC develops individual cell towers and cell tower network projects independent of a prior "build-to-suit" or lease agreements with a carrier in certain high-potential areas. Frequently, we work with Business Partner RF engineering or site development specialists on these projects due to their knowledge of local build-out conditions and areas of high co-location possibilities.

• We use a general market or roadway demographics and create an RF design based on the technical specifications of the most likely users in the market. We do the RF work in house or use your own system to develop the RF plan.
• Commencement of cell tower development is not contingent upon a carrier commitment, so we and you can control the timing of the project.
• Ridan compensates you for your normal scopes of work.
• If our Business Partner secures a tenant lease agreement prior to implementation of site development, Ridan will pay additional compensation.

By working with Ridan under this arrangement, Business Partners can put their vast local knowledge to use in developing cell towers "in the obvious path of wireless development." This can provide a balance to the dependence on RFP's from carriers and tower firms and provide more profitable opportunities during slower periods.
