In 2003, the development of new cell tower inventory in Central and Southwest Florida was being rapidly outpaced by an ever-increasing demand for wireless voice and broadband services. To help meet this increased demand, Ridan Industries, LLC entered the market in September of that year.

From the beginning, Ridan has been able to identify cell tower locations that meet the immediate needs of the local wireless industry by applying a regionally-focused approach that emphasizes local knowledge of infrastructure shortfalls, proactively researching existing cell tower locations and coordinating this data with wireless service providers.

By mapping each potential cell tower site, studying the local zoning and planning regulations, and carefully analyzing all the necessary data with respect to cell tower needs, Ridan has been successful in its initial phase of cell tower development.
