Experience Makes The Difference Over the past nine years, Ridan’s management staff has collectively developed more than 60 towers throughout Florida, and more than 200 nationwide. This experience enables Ridan to successfully accomplish its core businesses: engineering, tower deployment, marketing, leasing services, and tower operations. Ridan's strategy ensures a stable, steady tower portfolio growth that is guided by a conservative development strategy that is built on respect for landowners and the communities we serve. Justin D. Dehnert Manager, Zoning & Regulatory justin.dehnert@ridanindustries.com Mr. Dehnert joined Ridan Industries in September 2004 as the Manager of Zoning & Regulatory. Mr. Dehnert is responsible for Cell Tower zoning, GIS mapping, multi-media projects, and community affairs. Prior to joining Ridan, Mr. Dehnert was the Coordinator for Emergency Management for Polk County, Iowa; a Planner in the Polk County, Iowa Emergency Management Office; and a Fire Fighter for the City of Pleasant Hill, Iowa. Mr. Dehnert attended Iowa State University and the Emergency Management Institute where he studied Community & Regional Planning, and Emergency Management. Charles E. Rehm, Jr. Manager, A&E Services chuck.rehm@ridanindustries.com Mr. Rehm joined Ridan Industries in January 2006 as the Manager of A&E Services. Mr. Rehm is responsible for the engineering services required for zoning and construction of Ridan’s towers. Prior to joining Ridan, Mr. Rehm was the owner of Enhanced Graphics Imaging (EGI), a firm that provided design and graphic services to the wireless telecommunications industry. Prior to EGI, Mr. Rehm was employed by qServe Communications, a national engineering firm specializing in wireless communications, as their Florida General Manager with management responsibilities for the company’s engineering activities. Mr. Rehm graduated in 1996 with honors from ITT Technical College with a degree in Design & Project Management. Mr. Rehm is a member of the National Technical Honor Society. J. Kevin Barile
President, Ridan Industries kevin.barile@ridanindustries.comPrior to founding Ridan, Mr. Barile was the Business Development Manager for ClearShot Communications, LLC where he managed six regional tower development offices resulting in numerous tower acquisitions. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Barile was the founder and President of Acme Towers Inc., a Florida-based company that identified and developed over 50 wireless towers that averaged an occupancy rate of 3.25 tenants per tower. Mr. Barile began his tower career as a senior construction manager for Pinnacle Towers where he designed and implemented some of Pinnacle’s initial operational controls. Prior to entering the telecommunications industry, Mr. Barile was a construction industry project manager where he directed large commercial and institutional projects in the southeastern United States and Central America. Mr. Barile holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida. William E. Lax
Director, Corporate Communications bill.lax@ridanindustries.com Mr. Lax joined Ridan in May of 2006 as the Director of Corporate Communications and is responsible for strategic communications with governmental, corporate, and community entities. Prior to joining Ridan, Mr. Lax served as the Vice President of Operations for 3g Communications; the Vice President of Marketing for Acme Tower Group; the Executive Director of Tampa's economic development organization; Senior Vice President of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce; and the Director of Economic Development for TECO Energy. Mr. Lax has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Millsaps College, and a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. Diane E. Fenimore Controller & Office Manager diane.fenimore@ridanindustries.com Mrs. Fenimore joined Ridan Industries in February 2006 as Controller & Office Manager. Mrs. Fenimore is responsible for the management of the daily office operations and all accounting activities. Mrs. Fenimore has been active as an accountant for over 20 years and has a bachelor's degree in Accounting. Colleen A. Baxter
Manager, Site Acquisition & Leasing colleen.baxter@ridanindustries.com Ms. Baxter joined Ridan in January 2006 with responsibilities for acquiring real estate upon which to construct Ridan’s wireless communication towers, and coordinating with wireless service providers to facilitate their leasing arrangements. Ms. Baxter’s 17 years of industry experience includes: Team Manager Site Acquisition and Zoning for SBA Network Services West-Central Florida Division; Leader Site Acquisition and Zoning Team for the Sprint PCS Tampa area build-out, with responsibilities assisting the build-out in Richmond, Virginia, and Atlanta, Georgia; Contract Negotiations Sprint PCS World Headquarters in Kansas City; Supervisor/Real Estate Paralegal Sprint Long Distance & Local Division World Headquarters in Kansas City. Ms. Baxter has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Legal Studies, a master's degree in Human Resource Management, an associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, and a Florida Real Estate License. Richard W. Hillyer, Jr. Manager, Construction & Operations rich.hillyer@ridanindustries.com Mr. Hillyer joined Ridan Industries in November, 2005, as the Manager Construction & Operations. Mr. Hillyer’s responsibilities include oversight of site engineering, permitting, construction and on-going operations of Ridan’s tower sites. Prior to joining Ridan, Mr. Hillyer was A&E Project Manager for Metro PCS during the carrier’s initial launch of the Tampa market and the Director of Field Operations and Vendor Management for Global Signal. Mr. Hillyer holds a B.A. in Engineering Physics from Westmont College, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from LeTourneau University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Wilmington College. Mr. Hillyer is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor. |
